This CD includes 31 maps covering the Polish Commonwealth detailing the location of churches, and accompanied by searchable indexes in English and Polish.

The indexes include the location of almost 6,500 Roman Catholic churches in existence in the 1772 time period as well as the map number and coordinates where they can be found. The CD has a "Map Locator Index" (master map) with the country's divisions and the 21 map numbers. In addition there are eleven detailed maps showing parishes in cities such as Warsaw, Poznan, Gniezno and Płock. This CD also includes 10 maps providing an overview of church, diocese, province, etc. locations.
